Yes, there is a surcharge of 30% on the MRP, for additional design detailing.

No, the products are not inclusive of other things that appear in the images.
How do I know whether my S&N product is original/authentic?
In order to guarantee the authenticity of an S&N product, please make sure you purchase through either our official website shivanandnarresh.com, from Shivan & Narresh Flagship Store, or through an authorized distributor. An original invoice is created at the time of purchase for online, studio and in-store purchases. We cannot verify the authenticity of an item purchased outside of an official Shivan & Narresh point of sale.
How do I take care of my S&N products?
In order to take care of your S&N products, please follow the following guidelines
- Machine wash, not more than 40 degrees C.
- Do not use Chlorine based bleach.
- Article is suitable for dry cleaning in perchloroethylene.
- Do not put in dryer or spin dry.
- Do not wring & hang in shade to dry, avoid spin dry, squeeze excess water.
- Fluorescent colours may fade. Lighter colours may get translucent when wet.
- Do not leave garment rolled up if wet.
- Keep the wet article away from any other garment to avoid colour bleeding.
- Iron at not more than 110 degrees C.
- All pads are disposable.

Shipping & Delivery:
How long does it take for the product to be delivered?
Swimwear (Maillots, Bikinis, Trikinis and Men’s Swimwear) would be delivered within two weeks and every other product would be delivered within 3 weeks of the order placement or as per the delivery date specified to you at the time of placing the order. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What are the shipping & delivery charges?
All domestic online orders carry a flat shipping rate of INR 150
Are there any extra charges for express delivery?
Yes. For express deliveries, please contact our representative via call, email, whatsapp and they will advise you on the additional charges based on your geographical location.
Do you ship internationally? What are the charges for the same?
Yes, we do ship internationally. There is an additional shipping charge of USD 43 on every order which automatically gets added on the check out page.
Returns & Exchanges
Is there a return or exchange policy?
Yes, there is. The products can be returned/exchanged given that they are in perfect condition for size changes only and the customer service team has been informed of any issue within 24 hours of receiving the garment.
Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. In case of Swimwear, the hygiene tag should be intact. Apart from conditions reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange:
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product, or is returned without the original packaging, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
How long do I have to return/exchange a product?
The products can be exchanged within a week’s time with an intimation to the customer service team regarding the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Can I return/exchange a product bought online to the Flagship Store?
Yes, you can, provided the product is in the above mentioned conditions. Please note that the exchange can be carried out at the SHIVAN & NARRESH Flagships and not at any other online or offline stockist.
Can I return/exchange a product gifted to me by someone else?
Yes, however, we would need to have the original receipt for the order along with the product adhering to the above exchange guidelines.
Can I return/exchange a personalized product?
No, we do not provide returns/exchanges on customized products.
Can I get a refund if I do not like the order or have an issue with it?
Refunds are not possible, however, should the issue remained unresolved, the store will offer you a credit note to use against a future purchase.
