Shipping & Returns
We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas. For shipping timelines, please refer to the product descriptions page for each product.
*Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
- All domestic orders are delivered within 7 business days
- Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 48-72 hours
- All domestic online orders carry free shipping
- For express deliveries, please contact our representative via call, email, Whatsapp and they will advise you on the additional charges based on your geographical location.
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
- All orders are processed from our headquarters in Gurgaon, Haryana, India
- All international orders are delivered within 15-20 business days for ready to wear and between 25-30 business days for celebration wear items
- For international orders, a flat fee of USD 37 is charged depending on the currency chosen for ready to wear items. Shipping charges for celebration wear items range between USD 75 - USD 150 depending on the order weight & location. While a charge of USD 37 might apply on checkout, our customer care team shall contact you regarding the differential amount (if applicable) post consultation with the shipping agency.
- Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order.
- The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
- Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported.
- Customers to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery
- All orders are processed from our warehouse in Gurgaon, Haryana, India
TRACKING AND DELIVERY:
- Post shipping, the details of the tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
- Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
- Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle-free delivery.
MODES OF PAYMENT:
- For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options.
- For all International transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), as well as payments, vide PayPal and PayU (third party payment gateways).
- Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in the Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the cardholder explicitly with the bank.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We adhere to the highest quality standards and take great care in deliveries. In the instance you are not happy with your purchase, please note below the exchange policy. The products can be returned/exchanged given that they are in perfect condition for size changes only and the customer service team has been informed of any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order. The customer must write to us at email@example.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, the customer may even call our customer care number +91-9810234629.
Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. In case of swimwear, the hygiene tag should be intact.
The products can be exchanged within a week’s time with an intimation to the customer service team regarding the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Apart from conditions reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange: any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product or is returned without the original packaging, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
We do not provide returns/exchanges on customized products.
We provide no refunds on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement if they meet our terms and conditions. However, should the issue remain unresolved, the store will offer you a credit note to use against a future purchase
